西部民办高等教育与区域经济发展关系研究

摘　　要：介绍分析了西部民办高等教育发展状况,指出西部民办高校在适应西部开发对人才的需求方面,办学机制和培养模式具有相对的优势。民办高等教育为提升西部区域文化品位和整体素质、促进区域经济发展提供智力支持,而西部区域经济的发展则成为民办高等教育发展的加速器,为民办高等教育的发展创造更加广阔的空间。By analyzing the development situation of the private-owned institutions of higher learning in West China, this paper points out the relative advantages of these institutions to develop this part of the country from such aspects as the demands for talents, school-running mechanism and training mode. To boost up the regional culture status and promote the regional economy in West China, the private-owned institutions of higher learning have provided this area with intelligence support. The economy development of West China accelerates the growth of the local private-owned institutions of higher learning. So, the private-owned institutions of higher learning in West China have more room to develop themselves,
