摘  要:目的 探讨赤芍药苷提取的最佳溶剂。方法 分别用甲醇、75%乙醇、重蒸馏水提取赤药中芍药苷,用YWG-C18(250×4.6mm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(32:68)为流动相测定芍药苷,检测波长为230nm。结果 在所试浓度(0.010-0.200μg/ul)范围内线性关系良好r=0.9998,n=5;以甲醇、75%乙醇、重蒸馏水作溶剂赤芍苷的含量分别为3.01%,3.09%,3.07%。结论结果表明,以甲醇、75%乙醇、重蒸馏水作溶剂提取赤芍中芍药苷的含量无显著性差异(P〉0.05);使用蒸馏水作溶剂可避免甲醇较强的毒性且廉价;我们认为使用重蒸馏水做溶剂优于乙醇、甲醇。Objective To select the optimal solvent to extract paeoniflorin from Radix Paeoniae Rubra. Methods Paeoniflorin was extracted from Radix paeoniae Rubra with methanol,75% ethanol and redistilled water , respectively . Paeoniflorin was separated on a YWG- C18 (250 mm× 4.6 mm) using methanol :0.05 mol/L KH2PO4 (32:68 ) as a mobile phase and determined at 230 nm. Results The linear curve was ideal within the tested range of 0.010 - 0.200 μg/μl( r = 0. 9998, n = 5 ) ;the average content of paeoniflorin extracted with methanol ,75% ethanol and redistilled water was 3.01% ,3.09% ,3.07%, respectively. Conclusion There was no significant difference in extraction of paeoniflorin with these three solvents (P 〉 0.05 ), whereas methanol is highly toxic, redistilled water is a low -priced and safe solvent, indicating ettraction with redistilled water is better.
