决明子降血脂有效部位的研究

摘　　要：目的研究决明子降血脂的有效部位。方法采用系统溶剂提取法对决明子进行分部位提取,制得决明子提取物。建立小鼠高脂血症模型,对各提取物进行降血脂药效学研究,确定决明子降血脂有效部位。结果决明子正丁醇提取物具有明显的降血脂作用,能显著降低高脂血症小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)。结论正丁醇提取物为决明子降血脂有效部位。Objective To study the effective part of reducing blood lipid in Semen Cassiae. Methods The extracts of Semen Cassia were processed by dissolvent subsection -extracting, and then adopt hyperlipidemia model by mice to study the pharmacological effect of the different extracts from Semen Cassiae. Results The n- BuOH extracts have obvious action of reducing blood lipid. It can notably lower total cholesterin （TC）and glycerinum（ TG ） in serum from mice of hyperlipidemia. Conclusion n-BuOH extracts is the active part of reducing blood lipid in Semen Cassiae.
