摘 要:目的观察桑杏汤对温燥小鼠血清IgG(IgG-S)、呼吸道液IgG(IgG-R)与呼吸道黏多糖(RS)的影响。方法54只SPF级昆明小鼠随机分为常温常湿组(A组)、温燥对照组(B组)和温燥治疗组(C组),每组18只。药物处理后第5天检测IgG-S,IgG-R,RS(μg/m l)与脾脏及胸腺平均重量(mg)。结果B组IgG-R(2.30±0.32)明显低于A组(5.68±0.64,P<0.01),C组RS、IgG-S明显高于A组,且该组IgG-R接近A组,但胸腺平均重量低于其它二组(P<0.01)。结论温燥可致小鼠气道IgG-R降低而抵抗力下降;桑杏汤主要作用机理是促进肺津生成而润燥,加之增加气道IgG-R,共同增强气道御邪能力。结果还为中药药物归经理论提供实验证据。Objective To investigate the effects on IgG in Serum (IgG-S) and respiratory ( IgG-R ) and mucus (RS) and weight of spleen and thymus(mg) in Warm-Dry with "Sang-Xing Tang". Methods 54 kunming mice(SPF) were divided into three groups including group A (normal mice), group B( control mice), group C (cure mice), 18 mice/group. RS ( μg/ml), IgG-S, IgG-R and weight of spleen and thymus(mg) were measured on day 5 after treated with the herbs. Results IgG-R of group B(2.30 -0.32) was obviously lower than those of group A (5.68 - 0.64,P 〈 0.01 ) ;RS, IgG-S of group C were higher than that of group B ( P 〈 0.01 ) and IgG-R was not different significantly with that of group A( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The results were first provided evidences that the mechanism of "Sang-Xing Tang" were greater stimulated RS and IgG - R to protected the defend function of re- spiratory in Warm - Dry.
