加味复方血脂清对糖尿病大鼠脂质代谢紊乱的调节作用

摘　　要：目的探讨加味复方血脂清对实验性糖尿病大鼠血脂的影响。方法采用四氧嘧啶腹腔注射复制化学性糖尿病大鼠模型,观察加味复方血脂清对糖尿病大鼠高脂血症的治疗作用,并与正常对照组、中药正常对照组、糖尿病模型组、糖尿病胰岛素治疗组及糖尿病脂必妥治疗组大鼠血脂水平比较。结果成功复制糖尿病动物模型,糖尿病大鼠的脂质代谢发生严重的紊乱,出现血清甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的升高及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的降低;加味复方血脂清能使糖尿病大鼠的血清TG,TC,LDL-C降低,HDL-C升高(P<0.01),调节脂质代谢紊乱的作用较胰岛素明显(P<0.05),与脂必妥作用相当(P>0.05);加味复方血脂清能使正常大鼠的HDL-C升高。结论加味复方血脂清对糖尿病大鼠的脂质代谢紊乱有良好的调节作用。Objective To research the effect of Jiaweifufangxuezhiqing（Jwffxzq） on the blood lipid of the rat in prototype diabetas. Methods Replicate the chemical model of the diabetic rat by the ailowan intraperitoneai injection. Observe the therapeautic effect of the Jwffxzp on hyperlipemia of the diabetic rat, and compare the blood of it with groups of normal rats, medical, normal rats, dibetic model rats, insulin model rats and Zhibituo therapeautic rats. Results Successfully replicats the diabetic rat model. Generate the severe disturbance of metabolism of diabetic rats, appering the rising of the TG,TC and LDL-C and the lowering of HDL-C in serum （P 〈 0.01 ）. The effect of the Jwffxzq to regulate the lipid is more evidently than the insulin （P 〈 0.05 ）, the same with Zhibituo （ P 〉 0.05 ）. It can raise the level of the HDL-C in normal rats. Condusion The Jwffxzq has good therapeaufic effect on the disturbance of lipid metabolism of the diabetic rat.
