复方丹参片对血管性痴呆小鼠学习记忆功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察复方丹参片对小鼠全脑缺血再灌注所致血管性痴呆的影响。方法复制小鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,采用电迷宫和水迷宫法来观察复方丹参片对学习记忆功能的影响。结果模型小鼠学习与记忆能力下降,表现为学习反应时间延长,记忆潜伏时间缩短,错误次数增加;复方丹参片可使模型小鼠学习反应时间缩短,记忆潜伏时间延长,错误次数减少。结论复方丹参片可改善全脑缺血再灌注小鼠的学习记忆能力,对血管性痴呆有保护作用。Objective To observe the effect of Fufang Danshen tablets on the disturbance in learning and memorizing of vascular dementia Mice. Methods We made the mice model of vascular dementia through operation of cerebral ischemia reperfusion, to observe the effects of Fufang Danshen tablets on study and memory by means of electric maze and water maze. Results Building model resulted in ability for study and memory reduced, which showed extending the reaction time of study, shorting the latent time of memory,increasing times of mistakes. Fufang Danshen tablets could shorten the reaction time of study, prolonged the latent time of memory,reduced times of mistakes. Conclusion Fufang Danshen tablets can improve and raise the study and memory capability of model mice and protect the damnification of vascular dementia.
