薄层扫描法测定咳安含片中西贝碱的含量

摘　　要：目的 研究咳安含片中西贝碱的含量测定。方法 采用薄层扫描法进行测定。结果 西贝碱在0.26～1．60μg之间线性关系良好，相关系数R=0．9998，回收率为95．60％，RSD为1．60％。结论 该法灵敏、简便、准确，可用于该制剂的测定和质量控制指标。Objective To develop an assay for the quantitative determination of imperialine in Kean buccal Tablets. Methods TLCS method was selected to determine the content, Results The linearity was obtained over the range of 0, 26 - 1, 60 μg（r = 0. 999 8 ）, The average recovery was 95.60%, RSD was 1,60%. Conclusion The results showed that this method was sensitive, simple, sepecific and accurate for the determination of imperialine in Kean buccal tablets.
