摘  要:目的 清除由于多穗柯叶中黄酮光谱吸收峰不对称给定量分析造成的影响。方法 采用三波长分光光度法测定多穗柯叶中黄酮含量。结果 回归方程为△A=0.0384C+0.0013;相关系数R=0.9995;检测波长λ1=460nm,λ2=420nm,λ3=380nm,线性范围为500~3000λg/ml,回收率为96.6%~106.2%,变异系数小于0.43%。结论 该方法的准确度和精密度均令人满意,且操作简便易行。Objective To solve the infection of asymmetric absorption peak in determination of flavonoids in lithocarpus polysachyus rehd leaves. Methods Determination of flavonoids in lithocarpus polysctchyus rehd leaves by three - wavelength spectrophotometry. Results Equation of linear regression is A =0.038 4C +0.001 3 ; measuration wavelength is λ1 =460 nm, λ2. =420 nm, λ3 = 380 nm, proportional band is 500 - 3 000 μg/ml, the recovery is 96.6% - 106.2% and the coefficient of variation is 0.43%. Conclusion Accuracy and precision of this method are turn up trumps and the operation is simple.
