摘　　要：目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定丹红注射液中丹参素、原儿茶醛、丹参酚酸B等水溶性成分的含量。方法 以标准品丹参素、原儿茶醛、丹参酚酸B为内标，色谱柱：KromasilC18柱（4、6×20mm，5μm）；流动相：流动相A：水-二甲基甲酰胺-冰醋酸（90：4：2），流动相B：甲醇。梯度洗脱；流速：1．0ml／min；检浸4波长：281nm。结果 丹参素加样回收率为97．59％～101．66％，RSD为1．50％（n=6）；原儿茶醛加样回收率为97．19％～101．25％，RSD为1．90％，（n=6）；丹参酚酸B加样回收率为100．39％～102．11％，RSD为0．6％，（n=6）。结论 实验结果表明，该方法操作简便，重现性好，可作为样品的检测方法。Objective An HPLC method was developed to separate and determine salvianic acid , protocatechuic aldhyde and salvianolic acid B in Injection Danhongo Methods Separation was performed on an Kromasil C18（5 μm,4.6 mm× 20 mm） with water- dimethylformanide -glacial acetic acid （90： 4：2 ）as mobile phase and determination at 281nm , Results The recoveries were between 97.59 and 104%. And RSD was not more than 2.0% o Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and reproducible for determination of salvianic acid and protocatechuic aldhyde in Injection Danhong.
