摘　　要：目的 制定健脑益智胶囊中人参皂苷Rb1的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，以人参皂苷Rb1为对照品，检测波长为203nm，乙腈-水-（30：70）为流动相。结果 人参皂苷Rb，在0．407．3．258mg范围内有良好的线性关系，样品平均加样回收率为99．14％，RSD为1．77％。结论 该法结果准确，精密度及重现性较好，可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。Objective To establish an approach in determining the content of Radix ginseng saponins Rbl in Jiannaoyizhi capsule. Methods The HPLC method was adopted for the determination. Radix ginseng saponins Rb1 was used as the standard. Detection wavelength was set at 203 nm, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -water （30： 70）. Results The linear range of Radix ginseng saponins Rb1 was 0. 407 - 3. 258 mg. The average recovery rate was 99.14 % with RSD of 1.77%. Conclusion - This method is accurate, specific and reliable for the quality control of Jiannaoyizhi capsule.
