摘 要:目的运用新灰色关联分析法,对几种促透剂的促透效果进行综合评价。方法以烟酰胺为模型药物,以氮酮、薄荷醇、樟脑为促透剂,在离体透皮吸收装置上进行透皮吸收试验,计算渗透系数、稳态流量、增渗倍数、滞后时间,运用新灰色关联分析法对促透效果进行综合评价。结果对烟酰胺的促透作用,2%氮酮的促透效果最好,3%薄荷醇和3%樟脑次之,而1%薄荷醇和1%樟脑的促透效果最差。结论新灰色关联分析法可客观地、公正地评价促透剂的促透效果。Objective To evaluate the promoting effect of transdermal enhancers with new grey correlative analysis. Methods Ni- cotinamide was used as model, and azone and 1 - menthol and camper were used as transdermal enhancers. Transdermal absorption experimentation of nicotinamide on the device of penetrating skins in vitro was done. Penetrating rates and steady fluxs and lag times and enhancement ratio were observed, and new grey correlative analysis was used to evaluate the promoting effect of transdermal enhancers. Results As for promoting effect on nicotinamide, 2% azone was the best, and 3% 1 - menthol and 3% campor ranked behind, and 1% 1 - menthol and 1% camper were the worst. Conclusion New grey correlative analysis can evaluate the promoting effect of transdermal enhancers objectively and fairly.
