摘  要:研制了一种含有组合络合剂的无氰浸锌溶液,并与市售无氰浸锌溶液的性能进行了比较。观察了浸锌层的微观形貌,分析了浸锌层的组成成分。观察了浸锌层在3.5%NaCl溶液中腐蚀后的表面形貌,测试了腐蚀速率、时间-电位曲线和塔菲尔极化曲线。将试片在该无氰浸锌溶液与市售无氰浸锌溶液里浸锌后再镀镍,并采用拉伸实验测试了所得镀层的结合力。结果表明,该无氰浸锌溶液性能优于市售无氰浸锌溶液。A kind of non-cyanide zinc immersion solution with combined complex agent was studied. The performances of the above non-cyanide zinc immersion solution and the marketed non-cyanide zinc immersion solution were compared. The micromorphologies of the zinc deposit were observed and its components were analyzed. The surface morphologies of zinc layer in 3.5% sodium chloride solution were observed and the corrosion rate, time-voltage curve and Tafel polarization curves were determined. The test panels were deposited with nickel after dipping in the above non-cyanide zinc immersion solution and the marketed non-cyanide zinc immersion solution, and the deposits adhesion to zinc layer were measured with tension test. The results show that the performance of the above non-cyanide zinc immersion solution is better than that of the marketed non-cyanide zinc immersion solution.
