茸参灵胶囊的免疫调节作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究茸参灵胶囊的免疫调节作用。方法采用单核吞噬细胞功能测定法(小鼠碳粒廓清法)、小鼠迟发型超敏反应、溶血素测定法和免疫器官重量法等方法,观察茸参灵胶囊的免疫调节作用。结果茸能灵胶囊能显著增强正常小鼠单核吞噬细胞对碳粒的吞噬功能,使Cy免疫抑制小鼠碳粒廓清指数K、α恢复至正常水平;对正常小鼠显著增强DNCB诱发的DTH反应,使强的松龙免疫抑制小鼠的DTH反应恢复正常水平;能明显增加正常小鼠和Cy免疫抑制小鼠血清溶血素含量,使小鼠胸腺和脾脏指数显著增加。结论茸参灵胶囊能有效地恢复和增强继发性免疫功能低下小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,具有免疫调节作用,是有益于身体健康的良好营养保健品。Objective To study the immunomoderating effects of non-specific and humoral immunity, of Rong Shen Ling Capsule Methods The studies Were carried out by determining the phagocytic function of mononuclar macrophage with carbon particle clearance test to obtain the effect of non-specific immunity. Results Rong Shen Ling Capsule could effectivdy redress immunodeficiency and enhance phagocytic ruction of macrphage to inerease the number of plaque forming cells, enabling the recovery of both to their normnal levels. Conclusion Rong Shen Ling Capsule Could recover both non-specific and humoral immunity of mice with secondary immunodeficiency.
