摘　　要：采集6只2岁梅花鹿鹿茸样品，应用异硫氰酸胍法提取其总RNA，建立了鹿茸总RNA适宜提取条件。实验最终提取RNA的紫外吸收值为：A260／A280=1．73～1.86，A260／A230=2．16～2．53，经甲醛变性凝胶电泳可以清晰看到28s、18s、5s 3条带，其亮度满足未降解RNA的特征，且无明显DNA污染。Six two- year-old male sika deer were selected and their antler samples were gathered. The total RNA from these samples was extracted with isothiocyanate method, the best condition of extraction of total RNA from velvet antler was found. By this method the A260/A280 ratio of preparative obtained RNA was from 1.73 to 1.86; and A260/A230 ratio was from 2.16 to 2.53. It showed to be three undegraded bands 28s,18s and 5s by formalde- hyde- agaroee gel electrophoresis,and it was not obvious contaminated by DNA.
