摘  要:针对国内铸管模使用寿命低的问题,通过试验筛选出一种耐热疲劳性能好的堆焊金属,修复国产铸管模,使其达到国外铸管模的使用寿命.采用自约束热疲劳试验方法和高频电磁感应加热设备,研究超低碳Cr-Mo系和低碳Cr-Mo系堆焊金属热疲劳性能.结果表明:含碳量对热疲劳裂纹的形态有一定的影响;焊后未热处理状态下的低碳Cr-Mo系堆焊金属热疲劳性能优于超低碳Cr-Mo系堆焊金属;低碳Cr-Mo系堆焊金属焊后热处理的热疲劳性能显著提高.To lengthen the life of casting pipe model in China, a better building-up metal of higher thermal fatigue is elected through experiments, whose life is up to the international standards. The thermal fatigue tests are carried out with the self-restricting test method and high frequency electromagnetic induction heating equipment, inversigating the thermal fatigue property of ultra low and high carbon Cr-Mo sets building-up materials. The results show that the carbon content has effects on the thermal fatigue crack morphology, the thermal fatigue capacity of low carbon Cr-Mo set building-up materials is better than that of ultra low-carbon Cr-Mo set not being heat-treated, and the post welding heat treatment improves its fatigue property noticeably.
