摘 要:柔性石墨密封材料具有良好的耐温、抗氧化、耐腐蚀性,并具有较好的压缩性能,是替代石棉制品最好的密封材料.但其强度低、密封性及柔软性和回弹性差等致命缺点仍然制约着它的应用范围.利用正交设计的数理统计方法进行了配方的优化设计,得到制品的各项指标优异、硫含量低的柔性石墨复合增强密封材料,扩大了柔性石墨在密封领域的应用范围.Non-rigid graphite sealing material is of excellent qualities against high temperature, oxygenation, radiation, erosion as well as a good elasticity against pressure, which enable it to be the best substitute for asbestos as sealing material. But it is of some fatal faulties like poor strength, poor sealing effect, poor bendability and poor elasticity as well. In this paper, using intersecting and other mathematical statistical methods, experimental research on optimizing prescription design and preparation technical condition was made and high-standard non-rigid graphite composite enhancing sealing material was produced. The product is of all-index excellence and with low sulphur content, which makes the extent of applying non-rigid graphite in sealing area extended greatly.
