试析康复运动处方在大学生健康弱势群体教学中的应用

摘　　要：分析康复性运动处方的内涵、适用对象及其操作程序,以高校康复课第一类人群为研究对象,设计并实施为期1学年教学对比实验,验证康复运动处方对提高高校康复课第一类人群的健康状况的显著性效果．Based on the analysis of exercise prescription in its connotation, applied objectives and operation procedure, the article designs and implements one year＇s comparative teaching experiment on the first group of university therapeutic class and proves that rehabilitation exercise prescription has obvious efficiency on improving health status of the first group of therapeutic class.
