摘 要:采用重量分析法测定盐酸乙脒中难挥发杂质的含量。将2.0g盐酸乙脒样品放入恒重瓷坩埚内,将其在电炉上炭化1.0h后转入马弗炉,700℃高温下灼烧1.5h。结果表明,盐酸乙脒平均灰分为0.6‰,当盐酸乙脒中含有氯化钠时,灰分升高,且氯化钠添加量与灰分呈高度正相关关系(相关系数r2=0.998)。The content of involatile impurities in acetamidine hydrochloride was determined by gravimetric analysis. Two grams of acetamidine hydrochloride was transferred into a crucible whose weight was constant. The acetamidine hydrochloride was carbonized on an electric furnace for one hour, then transferred into a maf- fie furnace to be heated at 700 ℃ for 1.5 h. The results show that : the ash of acetamidine hydrochloride determined by this method is 0.6‰; the ash increases when the sample of acetamidine hydrochloride contains sodium chloride ; and there is a high correlation between the content of sodium chloride and the ash ( the correlation coefficient r^2 = 0. 998).
