摘  要:探讨了基于Pro/Engineer的复杂模型的建模方法,介绍了建立斜齿轮精确模型的方法和步骤,将斜齿轮装配后导入已经嵌入到建模系统的有限元环境内,利用有限元软件对已经建立的斜齿轮模型施加约束、划分网格、建立接触对,对接触应力进行精确的计算,并把分析的结果与传统方法计算得到的数据对比,为以斜齿轮为零部件的产品设计提供了可靠的依据和精确的数据,为工程设计中发挥专业软件和计算机的优势提供了新的思路.A modelling method for complex models with PRO/Engineer was explored. The method and procedure of creation of an accurate model for helical gears was also introduced specifically as follow: the well installed helical gears are to be introduced into the finite element environment which has been inserted the modelling system; then the finite element software is to be employed to apply constraints to already created model of the helical gears, generate meshes, and create contact para; and, finally, the contact stress is to be accurately evaluated and the result of analysis will be compared to the data obtained with traditional method of computation. The data so obtained would provide a reliable and accurate basis for designing a product with helical gears as its components as well as offer a new idea for forwarding the superiority of specialized software and high-speed computer in engineering design.
