摘　　要：目的研究“咽清饮”的抗炎作用。方法通过小鼠耳廓肿胀模型、大鼠毛细血管通透性模型、足趾肿胀模型和肉芽肿形成模型观察咽清饮的抗炎作用。结果咽清饮能明显减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,降低大鼠毛细血管通透性,明显抑制蛋清导致的大鼠足爪肿胀,明显抑制肉芽肿的形成。结论咽清饮具有较强的抗炎作用。Objective To study the anti inflammatory effects of faucitis preparation. Methods The inflammatory models,such as ear edema in mice ,capillary vessel penetrability and paw swell and granuloma hyperplasia in rat ,were used to study the anti inflammatory of faucitis preparation. Results Faucitis preparation could obviously inhibited ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene in mice and reduced capillary vessel penetrability and lightened paw swell induced by egg white and granuloma hyperplasia in rat. Conclusions Faucitis preparation has markedly anti-inflammatory effects.
