摘　　要：着重分析了常州发展开放型经济所面临的重大战略机遇和所具有的区位、产业、外贸等比较优势,提出常州发展开放型经济的重点是要凝聚自己的特色,依托现有产业集群,抢抓国际资本大转移的战略机遇,与周边地区错位竞争。The paper analyzes the important strategic chance and the comparative advantages on location, industries and foreign trade for its opening economy development. It puts forwards that the emphasis on developing its opening economy is to condense its own characteristics, to rely on its present industry cluster, to grasp the strategic chance of the transfer of the international capitals, to compete with the neighbor areas m deferent fields.
