单因素方差分析在药物稳定性影响因素筛选中的应用

摘　　要：介绍用单因素方差分析法筛选药物稳定性影响因素的一般程序。该法得到的结果不仅能反映主要影响因素，而且还能定量描述其影响程度。A general procedure for the selection of the drug-stability affecting factors by unifactor variance analysis was proposed.With the results obtained by this method,not only could the principal factor be recognized,but also all the affecting factors be evaluated quatitatively.
