摘  要:用薄层色谱法对9味中药组成的龙胆泻肝汤制剂中的甘草、当归、黄芩同时进行两种方法的定性鉴别。经对不同批号和加速试验样品进行实验,结果表明该法可作为本品的鉴别方法,且简便、可靠,重现性好。The title preparation consists of nine Chinese medicines,among whom three Chinese medicines(Glycyrrhizae,Angelicae Sinensis and Scutellariae) were analyzed successfully by TLC in two methods,Stability test in different batches and acceleration test for six months indicated that the stability of the preparttion was good and the TLC method was proved to be a useful means in stability examination and quality control of the three Chinese medicines in this preparation.
