益气固肾汤治疗不明原因习惯性流产的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不明原因习惯性流产(UHA)患者中药治疗前后细胞免疫功能变化。方法采用流式细胞仪(FCM)技术检测UHA30例中药治疗前后外周血CD4+、CD8+细胞数量及CD4+/CD8+细胞比值的变化。结果UHA患者中药治疗前后CD8+细胞百分比分别为(21.53±2.56)及(27.53±2.76),两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);CD4+细胞治疗前后无显著性差异;CD4+/CD8+比值分别为(1.61±0.20)及(1.25±0.25),两者比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中药治疗可诱导CD8+细胞增殖,使细胞免疫功能抑制。Objective： To analyze the immune capacity alteration of unexplained habitual abortion （UHA） patients pre-and post-therapy of herbal medicine. Methods： Thirty UHA patients were studied. The alteration in the amount of CD4^＋ , CD8^＋ T cell and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio in peripheral blood before and after the treatment of Yiqi Gushen Decoction was examined with a flow cytometer. Results： Percentage of CD8^＋ T cell of UHA patients before treatment was （21.53±2. 56）, whereas it increased significantly to （27.53 ± 2.76） after the treatment （P〈0.05）. The ratio of CD4^＋/ CD8^＋ decreased from （1.61±0.20） to （1.25±0. 25） after treatment of herbal medicine, which had a statistical significance as well （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： Yiqi Gushen Decoction can induce the proliferation of CD8^＋ cell and thus inhibit the cell immune capacity.
