摘 要:目的:探讨冠状断层扫描图像上脑回表盘法定位的可行性。方法:随机选取5例外观无异常的成人颅脑标本和30例健康成年人,以经外耳门中点的CM基线的垂线为基线进行6 mm层厚连续冠状扫描,并将5例颅脑标本用自制脑刀切出相应的冠状断层标本,通过MRI图像与相应断层标本的对照研究,先确认髓突,然后根据髓突与脑回的对应关系在MRI图像上用表盘法定位脑回。结果:利用表盘法在典型脑冠状断层MRI图像上对脑回进行了定位,其准确率达90%。结论:表盘定位法切实可行、简便实用,在大脑的医学影像学研究和病变的定位诊断方面具有重要的临床意义和实用价值。Objective: To provide reliable morphological basis for imaging study of brain function and the early diagnosis and treatment of small focal disease with gyri localization on CT films. Methods: Five normal cadaver heads and 30 heads of healthy persons were scanned with Gesigna MRI/il. 5Tesla MRI machine. The sequential coronal scans with 6 mm thickness were carried out based on the line perpendicular to CM line. The brain slice was cut for MRI scan. The gyri clock localization method was studied according to the medullary branches correspondence with gyri. Results: The rules of localizing gyrus with clock localization method according to the pattern of medullary branches on the standard coronal plane was described. The accurate rate of localization was 90%. Conclusion: The gyri localizing method is feasible, simple and useful; it is very important in medical imaging science and clinical image diagnosis.
