摘 要:目的:研究原癌基因c-fos在胎儿睾丸组织发育过程中的表达变化。方法:H-E染色、免疫组化和图像分析。结果:c-fos在胎儿睾丸组织间质细胞(Leydig cell,LC)、生精细胞、管周肌样细胞均呈阳性反应。支持细胞未见阳性表达。c-fos在12周胎儿睾丸组织中已有阳性表达,16周可明显区分阳性间质细胞与生精细胞,24周达到高峰,此后逐渐减弱,以后间质细胞几乎不可见。结论:c-fos在胎儿睾丸的组织发育中有不同的表达,表明c-fos在睾丸发育过程中可能起着重要的作用。Objective: To study the expression features of c-fos during the development of human fetus testis. Methods: HE staining, immunohistochemical techniques of ABC and image analysis were used. Results: Expression of c-fos were observed in Leydig cells, spermatogenic cells and peritubularmyiod cells, but not in Sertoli cells. The signal of c-fos appeard at embryonic week 12 prior to the distinct definition of positive Leydig cells and spermatogenic cells at embryonic week 16, and enhanced gradually to its peak level at embryonic week 24. Then the expression declined greatly and reached its lowest level at embryonic week 38. Conclusion: Expression of c-fos is confined to the embryonic testis; it may play important roles during the testis development.
