空腹血糖水平与血压、血脂、尿酸和胰岛功能的相关性研究

摘　　要：研究对象的不同血糖水平(mmol/L)包括正常对照(FPG<5.6mmol/L,5994例),IFG1(FPG≥5.6mmol/L,<7.0mmol/L,1672例),IFG2(FPG>6.1mmol/L,<7.0mmol/L,395例)以及糖尿病(FPG≥7.0mmol/L,426例)。结果显示,FPG水平与TC、TG与血尿酸水平及血压正相关,与胰岛素敏感指数负相关。The study of subjects with different serum levels （retool/L） of glucose, including NC （FPG〈5.6 mmol/L, n= 5994）, IFG-I（FPG≥5.6 mmol/L, 〈7.0 mmol/L, n= 1672）, IFC-2 （FPG〉6.1 mmol/L,〈7.0 mmol/L, n=395） and DM （FPG≥7.0 mmol/L, n=426）, showed that the different levels of FPG were correlated positively with the levels of TC, TG, uric acid and BP, and negatively with insulin sensitivity index.
