主动脉瘤的外科治疗(附13例报告)

摘　　要：报道主动脉瘤13例，其中腹主动脉瘤8例，胸主动脉瘤5例，行主动脉瘤切除人造血管移植术12例（有1例同时行胃大部切除术），动脉瘤包裹术1例．除1例手术后死于心功能衰竭外，余均痊愈。动脉瘤切除和人造血管移植术是治疗主动脉瘤最有效的方法．术前全面检查，术中预防出血和维持血压稳定是手术成功的关键。This paper reports 13 cases of aortic aneurysms in author's in period of 1992 to 1995,comprising 8 cases of abdominal aortic aneurysms and 5 cases of thoracic aortic aneurysms. In these cases, 12Patients were treated by resection and graft replacement(one of them received subtotal gastrectomy at the same operaion),and 1 patient was treated by wrapping of the aortic aneurysm. All patients recovered except one who died of heart failure postoperatively. Resection and graft replacement,for the time being,is the most effective method to treat aortic aneurysm.Preoperative detailed investigation,intraoperative preventinong of hemorrhage and keeping blood pressure steady are the keys to achieve the surgery.
