丹参葡萄糖注射液对犬冠脉结扎急性心肌缺血和心肌梗塞的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:观察丹参葡萄糖注射液对犬急性心肌缺血和心肌梗塞的保护作用。方法:采用冠脉结扎法建立犬急性心肌缺血模型,观察静脉滴注给药前、后各时间段心率、心肌缺血范围和缺血程度及梗塞心肌的比率。结果:丹参葡萄糖注射液(0.8、3.2g/kg)能不同程度减轻心肌缺血程度(Σ-ST)和缺血范围(N-ST),显著的缩小心肌梗塞区域。结论:丹参葡萄糖注射液能明显改善心肌缺血,缩小心肌梗塞范围。Objective： To investigate the protective effects of danshen glucose injection （DGI） administered by intravenous infusion on the acute myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction model. Methods： The model was established by ligation of coronary artering in dogs. The heart rate（HR）, degree（E-ST） and range（N-ST） of myocardial iscbemia and the ratio of infarcted cardiac muscle were observed before and after giving DGI. Results： Two doses of DGI （3.2g/kg, 0.8g/kg） could decrease ∑-ST and N-ST with different degree and significantly reduce myocardial infarction size. Conclusion： DGI can significantly improve ischemia myocardium impairment and reduce the degree of myocardial infarction.
