PPH治疗重痔的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨PPH治疗重度痔的临床疗效。方法采用该术式治疗35例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期内痔患者。分析经PPH治疗的临床资料。结果平均手术时间15min。术后住院1～3d。32例患者吻合后内痔立即完全回缩，3例手术后第2天完全回缩。4例术后有便血，经保守治疗后好转。术后出现肛门部疼痛5例，尿潴留6例。结论PPH治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期内痔是一种新技术，手术简单，安全有效，住院时间短，并发症少等优点，远期效果有待进一步观察。Objective To analyse the clinical effects of procedure for third or fourth degree haemorrhoids. Methods 35 patients with severe hemorrhoids were operated on by PPH and were analysed retrospectively. Results The mean operation time was 15 minutes and postoperative hospital stay was 1-3 days. Hemorrhoids in 32 of the 35 patients disappeared immediately after operation and 3 disappeared on the second day postoperatively. Postoperative bleeding was noted in 4 cases, which was cured by conservative methods. 5 patients complained local pain and 6 patients suffered from temporary urine retention after operation. Conclusion PPH is a safe and effective treatment for severely hemorrhoids at the third of fourth degree with the advantages of shorter hospitalization time, less complications and quicker recovery. However. the long term outcome remains to he identified.
