综合医院心理咨询门诊不同性别患者的比较

摘　　要：目的了解综合医院心理咨询门诊不同性别患者的临床特点。方法以前瞻性调查的方式收集和分析来自安徽医科大学第一附属医院心理咨询门诊2004年8月～2005年5月新增病例资料。结果共992例，男性542例，女性450例。不同性别患者在年龄分布、婚姻状况、文化、职业、病种、病程等诸多方面存在显著差异，但在心境障碍、神经症性障碍和精神分裂症等心理门诊常见疾病中没有显著差异。结论在综合医院心理咨询门诊中不同性别的患者显示出不同的临床特征。对女性患者需要更加注意分析多方面的因素。Objective To compare the clinical features of male and female outpatients in Psychological counseling in general hospital. Methods Data of the new cases in Psychological counseling in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University during Aug 2004 to May 2005 were statistically processed and analyzed. Results The total numbers of the cases was 992. male 542 ,female 450. Significant differences were found between male and female cases in the age,marriage status, education level,occupation, diagnosis, course of disease and so on, and no significant differences in the mood disorder, neurotic disorder and schizophrenia. Conclusion There was a different clinical features of male and female outpatients in psychological counseling in general hospital. Female eases more need to been noticed to analyze the various factor.
