摘　　要：目的:探讨泌尿系结核合并膀胱癌的临床特点,提高诊断水平。方法:分析2例泌尿系合并膀胱癌的临床资料。例1,男,60岁,肉眼血尿伴尿痛,有结核病史。入院后IVP示输尿管膀胱入口处轻度狭窄,膀胱镜检示膀胱内乳头状肿物,行全膀胱切除术。例2,男,56岁,肉眼血尿伴膀胱刺激症,膀胱镜示多发肿瘤,行全膀胱切除术。结果:例1患者病理示膀胱移行细胞癌Ⅱ级,左输尿管末端结核。随访1.5年未见肿瘤转移。例2患者病理示膀胱移行细胞癌Ⅲ级,膀胱结核。术后1年死于肿瘤远处转移。结论:泌尿系结核合并膀胱癌临床上极少见,要重视临床症状,诊断依赖病理学检查,一旦确诊,应及时治疗,处理肿瘤同时抗结核治疗。Objective： To evaluate the clinical feature of urinary tract tuberculosis combined with bladder carcinoma for improving the diagnosis. Methods-The clinical data of two cases of urinary tract tuberculosis with bladder carcinoma were reviewed. In a 60 - year - old male, who had gross hematuria and odynuria, a history of tuberculosis ureteroveslcal orifice showed in IVP, papillary neoplasm in bladder showeld in cystoscopy. In another 56 - year - old male, who had gross hematuria and urinary irritation multiple neoplasms another showed cystectomy was performed on them. Results： Case 1 was diagnosed as bladder transitional cell carcinoma（ in grade Ⅱ ）. And tuberculosis in the terminal of the left ureter, followed up 1.5 years there was no metastasis. Case 2 was diagnosed as bladder transitional cell carcinoma in grade class Ⅲ. He died as a result of distant metastasis after 1 year. Conclusions：Urinary tract tuberculosis with bladder carcinoma is rare, The symptoms should be emphasized. The disease is diagnosis acconding to pathological examination. Prompt treatment including tumor resection and antitubeculosis medication should be taken.
