摘 要:针对石油天然气金属管道焊接工艺评定用国外标准和国内标准的差异和特点进行了对比。通过对这些标准使用特点、评定规则和试件检验等方面的分析,认为:ASMEⅨ和DIN EN288标准的涵盖内容更多,适用范围更广,但API 1104标准对长输管道针对性更强。GB 50236J、B 4708和SY/T 0452等效采用ASMEⅨ标准,SY/T 4103等效采用API 1104标准,但这四个标准根据其适用范围的不同,在使用材料上各有侧重。因此我国长输管道线路工程建设一般按照SY/T 4103标准来进行焊接工艺评定,而压力站、泵站管网则按照SY/T 0452或JB 4708标准进行焊接工艺评定。另外,我国锅炉、压力容器以及长输管道的相关标准大多为等同或等效采用美国标准,但随着我国入世脚步的进程,加快国标、行标与欧洲标准和国际标准体系的接轨是我们面临的任务。Aiming at the problem of weld procedure qualification of oil and gas metal pipeline, we contrast the differences and characteristics by using the standards home and overseas respectively. Through the analysis of use character and qualification and test rules of these standards, we conclude that the standard of ASME Ⅸ and DIN EN288 contains more details and is more applicable, while the standard of API 1104 has a stronger pertinence to the long- distance transportation pipeline. And GB 50236, JB 4708 and SY/T 0452 equals to adopt ASME Ⅸ standard and SY/T 4103 is equivalent to API 1104 standard. According to respective applicable range, each of these standards emphasizes particularly on material. Therefore, the SY/T 4103 standard is adopted in weld procedure qualification in the construct of long- distance transportation pipeline, while the standard of SY/T 0452 or JB 4708 is adopted in pressure or pumping station. In addition, the correlative standards adopted in boilers, pressure vessels and long- distance transportation pipelines are mosdy equal or equivalent to U.S. standards. Thus, it is a task we are facing to accelerate the formation of the joint of national standard or industry standard with the system of Europe or international standards.
