低甲醛树脂中游离甲醛的测定

摘　　要：用精密型pH计精确地确定滴定终点,以测定低甲醛树脂中游离甲醛,讨论了样品溶液温度、滴定时间、亚硫酸钠和甲醛捕捉剂用量对测定精度的影响。研究结果表明,测试时控制样品溶液温度低于5℃,滴定时间为15 s,固定亚硫酸钠用量,所测得的游离甲醛量的误差很小。Free formaldehyde content in DP resin is determined by fine pH measuring instrument. Factors affecting measuring precision are discussed, such as temperature of sample solution, titration time, concentrations of sodium sulfite and formaldehyde trapper. Results show that deviation level is very tow under the conditions of sample temperature lower than 5℃, titration for 15 s at the fixed concentration of sodium sulfite.
