摘　　要：目的评价复方风湿宁注射液的安全性。方法采用豚鼠全身用药的过敏试验、被动皮肤过敏试验、溶血试验、局部血管刺激性试验、肌肉刺激性试验考察复方风湿宁注射液的制剂安全性。结果复方风湿宁注射液全身用药的过敏试验,被动皮肤过敏试验中,溶血试验、局部血管刺激性试验及肌肉刺激性试验均符合要求。结论复方风湿宁注射液在该实验条件下是安全的。Objective To Observe the effects of the Compound Fengshining Injection and evaluate its safety. Method The safety of the Compound Fengshining Injection was evaluated by the allergy test, venors and muscle stimulation test and hemolysis test. Results The Compound Fengshining Injection had no allergy effect and hemolysis phenomenon,it had no siginificant stimulation effct on vessel and muscles. Condition The experiments provide a theoretical basis for clinical application of Compound Fengshining Injection.
