利用PASS软件分析心内科门诊处方药物相互作用

摘　　要：目的了解门诊处方中出现的药物相互作用情况,评估PASS系统的性能。方法随机抽取心内科门诊处方2152份,利用PASS系统药物相互作用审查功能对其进行回顾性分析。结果共有637份处方出现1258次药物相互作用,其中严重者有136次,中度有930次,轻微有192次;发生相互作用的比例与处方药物品种数呈正相关。结论门诊合理用药水平有待提高,PASS能有效监测药物不良相互作用。Objective To investigate and analyze the drug interaction in prescription and evaluate the efficiency of PASS in our hospital. Methods Prescriptions of cardiac clinic were randomly sampled and retrospectively analyzed by PASS. Results 1258 times drug interaction appeared in 637 prescriptions, including 136 in serious, 930 in moderate and 192 in mild; the percentage of drug interaction had a direct relationship with the kinds of medicine. Conclusion It is necessary for our hospital to improve the rational usage of medicine.
