摘  要:目的:了解气动带瓣导管泵左心辅助循环装置在左心辅助循环时的血液动力学变化及效果。方法:12条犬,造成严重左心衰竭模型,用气动带瓣导管泵左心辅助循环装置进行左心辅助循环并观察其血液动力学变化。结果:实验犬全身循环血流量平均增加0.63±0.08 L/min(P<0.001)。平均主动脉压和主动脉舒张压升高1.2±0.3 kPa(9.2±2.3 mmHg)和1.7±0.1 kPa(13.1±1.1 mmHg)(P<0.001)。左心室收缩压和左心室舒张末压下降1.5±0.1 kPa(11.5±1.2 mmHg)和0.80±0.02 kPa(6.1±0.5 mmHg)(P<0.001),左心负荷减少。结论:实验结果提示,用1号泵管气动带瓣导管泵左心辅助循环装置对实验犬严重左心衰竭时的左心辅助循环取得了较好效果。该装置应用可靠,操作简便。Objective:To evaluate the hemodynamie changes and efficiency of pneumatic valved catheter pump (PVCP) left ventricular assist device (LVAD) in animal experiments. Methods:Left ventricular assistance for severe left ventricular failure model of dogs (n=12) was carried out by using the PVCP LVAD with a valved catheter No. Ⅰ and the hemodynamic changes were studied. Results:During left ventricular assistance for 1 hr,the cardiac output,mean aortic pressure and aortic diastolic pressure increased 0.63±0.08 L/min (p<0.001),1.2±0.3 kPa(9.2±2.3 mmHg) (p<0.001) and 1.7±0.1 kPa (13.1±1.1 mmHg)(p<0.001), respectively, and left ventricular systolic pressure and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure decreased 1.5±0.1 kPa (11.5±1.2 mmHg) and 0.80±0.02 kPa (6.1±0.5mmHg) (all p<0.001), respectively. Conclusion:The results suggest that PVCP LVAD with valved catheter No.Ⅰ is a simple and effective temporary LVAD.
