摘　　要：通过正交设计实验,综合考虑提取效率和成本,优化了绞股蓝多糖的提取方法,并对绞股粗多糖进行了初步纯化,测定了提取物的糖含量,其含量水平较前有明显提高,这将为绞股蓝进一步开发生产奠定基础。By orthogonal design, and considering extracting efficiency and cost, optimizing the extract method of Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides. We purified the crude Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides initially, and assayed the polysaccha- rides content of Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysccharides. The content of Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides was sigificantly higher than the predecessor. It would provide conditions for the deep exploitation of Gynostemma pentaphyllum.
