摘　　要：简述了莱钢银山型钢公司外部氮氩管道改线工程应用的不停输封堵合茬技术以及不停输封堵技术所采用的施工管理程序和施工工艺。该项技术的成功应用，为今后类似工程提供相应管理经验。The uninterrupted transmission plugging and linking technology applied in the workshop outside nitrogen gas and argon gas pipelines arrangement routine changing project in Laiwu Steel Yinshan Section Company and the construction management procedures and construction process adopted in the technology are introduced. The successful application of this technology provides referential management experiences for similar project .
