转炉钢水过氧化原因分析及危害

摘　　要：从溅渣护炉操作、产品质量、冶炼成本三方面阐述了钢水过氧化现象带来的危害，并就造成过氧化现象的原因进行了较为系统的分析，指出原材料供给、生产组织、工艺路线及工艺制度存在的局限性，提出了相应看法和改进措施。This paper explores and discusses the damages caused by liquid steel peroxidization from the three aspects of slag splashing furnace protecting operation, product quality, smelting cost, and systematically analyzes the reasons leading to peroxidization, pointing out the shortcomings existing in the original material supply, production organization, process routines and process regulations, putting forward corresponding advice and improvements.
