中温沥青配煤炼焦试验与研究

摘　　要：利用试验焦炉进行了中温沥青配煤炼焦试验，结果表明，中温沥青在配煤炼焦时可以起到粘结剂的作用，配入适量的中温沥青后焦炭质量明显提高。保持基本相同的焦炭质量，配入中温沥青后可以适当减少优质焦煤、肥煤的配量，降低配合煤成本。Medium temperature pitch mixed into coal coking test was carried out in test coking oven. The test results shows that medium temperature pitch mixed into coal making can play a roll as binder. The quality of coke is obviously improved with just the right amount of medium temperature pitch mixed. Maintaining basically same quality of coke, the mixing of medium temperature pitch can appropriately reduce the mixed volume of high quality coking coal and fat coal, decrease the cost of mixed coal.
