摘  要:据Na2S iO3与BaB2O4晶体和熔体的高温拉曼光谱测试结果综合分析后提出:熔体的温度对负离子配位多面体生长基元相互联结的聚集体结构有影响。在高温熔体中,高电价、离子半径小的阳离子配位多面体往往孤立存在。当熔体过冷度大时,孤立的负离子配位多面体顶角上的氧与低电价、离子半径大的阳离子配位构成大维度的聚集体。同质异构晶体的熔体拉曼谱都显示出相同的孤立负离子配位多面体振动峰。The relation between the melt temperature and the cluster structure composed by anionic coordination polyhedron growth units is discussed in this paper based on the Raman spectra of the single crystal and melt of Na2SiO3 and BaB2O4. It was found that the coordination polyhedron of cation with high charge and small atomic radius often could exist individually at a high temperature melt. However, when the supercooling of melt is larger enough, the isolated oxygen at the vertexes of an anionic coordination polyhedron will combine with those cations, which possess a low charge and Large atomic radius, to form large clusters of anionic coordination polyhedra in the melt. The Raman spectra of both of isomeric crystal and its melt show the vibration mode of the same isolated anionic coordination polyhedron.
