摘 要:使用扩链剂调节PVC糊树脂的聚合度,并对扩链剂的选用、加料方式、用量和反应温度进行了研究。结果表明,聚合温度基础配方的从45.5℃提高到50.5、53.5、56.5、58.5、60.5℃,扩链剂DAM用量分别为0.018%(以氯乙烯质量份数为基准)、0.030%、0.043%、0.053%、0.063%时,聚合时间由8.55 h分别缩短到7.39、6.83、6.33、6.17、5.83 h,PVC糊树脂的聚合度和质量均合格,为缩短高聚合度PVC糊树脂的生产时间、进一步提高生产能力提供了依据。Chain extenders were used to adjust the polymerization degree of PVC paste resins. The selection, adding mode and amount of chain extenders, and reaction temperature were studied. The results showed that when the polymerization temperature increased from 45. 5 ℃ to 50.5,5315,56.5,58.5, and 60.5℃ respectively , and the adding amount of chain extender DAM (based on the mass of vinyl chloride) was 0.018%,0.030%,0.043%,0.053% and 0. 063% respectively, the corresponding polymerization period shortened from 8. 55 .hours to 7.39,6.83,6.17 and 5.83 hours respectively, and that both the degree of polymerization and quality of the obtained PVC paste resins were qualified. The studies provided the basis of shortening polymerization period and furtherly increasing production capacity of PVC paste resins with high polymerization degree.
