摘 要:以Zn、Zr为助剂,分别采用浸渍法和溶胶-凝胶法制备出六种CuO/SiO2负载型催化剂,分别测定了它们对甲醇脱氢制甲酸甲酯反应的活性,同时应用TPR、XRD等测试技术对催化剂的结构特征进行了研究。结果表明,采用溶胶-凝胶(无机盐)法制备的CuO-ZnO-ZrO2/SiO2催化剂对甲醇脱氢制甲酸甲酯具有良好的活性和选择性,活性组分与载体之间、助剂Zn与Zr之间存在较强的相互作用,可使CuO高度分散于非晶态SiO2载体上,n(Cu)/n(Zn)/n(Zr)=10/2/1的催化剂,可以获得46.17%的甲醇转化率和84.68%的甲酸甲酯的选择性。Cu/SiO2 catalysts were prepared by two impregnation methods,sol-gel with metallic alkoxide and sol-gel with inorganic salt. The activities of the catalysts were examined and the structures were characterized by TPR, XRD and BET. The results showed that Cu-ZnO-ZrO2/SiO2 catalyst prepared by the sol-gel method with inorganic salt had good activity and selectivity for methanol dehydrogenation to methyl formate, stronger interaction existed between the active components and Zn and Zr promoters, and the active components had smaller crystal diameter and were more highly dispersed on the support's surface. Using the catalyst of n (Cu)/ n (Zn)/n (Zr) = 10/2/1, a methanol conversion of 46.17 % with a selectivity of 84.68 % to methyl formate was obtained.
