摘 要:采用并流共沉淀沉积法制备了Cu基Al2O3-TiO2负载型催化剂,考察了Cu/Zn比,碱金属、碱土金属和La助剂对催化剂糠醛加氢性能的影响,并采用TPR、XPS等表征手段对催化剂进行了表征。研究表明,最佳铜锌比为3∶2(w),载体碱性提高和La助剂的加入都使得Cu向催化剂表面富集和表面Cu/Zn比的提高,同时La的加入也大大提高了催化剂的稳定性。Al2O3-TiO2 supported Cu-based catalysts for the hydrogenation of furfural were prepared hy a coprecipitation sedimentation method. The influences of Cu/Zn ratio, alkali and alkali earth metals, and La promoters on the performance of the catalysts were studied. XPS and TPR were employed to characterize the catalysts. The results showed that the optimized mass ratio of Cu/Zn was 3 : 2, the increase in support basicity and the addition of La promoter was of beneficial effects to increase Cu and Cu/Zn ratio on the surface of the catalyst, while La-promoter improved the stability of the catalyst significantly.
