摘　　要：运用AHP法和TOPSIS法对组网雷达“四抗”能力进行综合评估,建立评估层次结构模型和数学模型。该模型的建立为组网雷达的性能优化提供了决策依据,也为评估组网雷达的作战效能奠定了基础。最后给出一例,验证了该方法的可行性。The ‘Four Countering＇ abilities of networked radars are synthetically evaluated by AHP and TOPSIS. Hierarchy configuration model and mathematic model are built, and these models can supply basis for the decision-making of performance optimization of networked radars and can establish foundation for the evaluation of operational efficiency of networked radars. At last, one example is given to validate the feasibility of the scheme.
