试论活血化瘀法的合理应用

摘　　要：针对临床上活血化瘀法使用不当的问题,阐述如何正确使用活血化瘀法,认为有必要对血瘀证诊断标准进行具体细化,临床应用以辨证论治为纲要,并从审证求因、审因论治,辨证与辨病相结合,辨瘀证的轻重缓重、证候主次,辨瘀证的新瘀、久瘀,辨血瘀之部位等方面进行阐述,强调重视活血化瘀中成药的辨证应用。Aiming at improper of blood- circulation and blood-stasis removing therapy, its correct application is discussed. It is considered that the diagnostic standard of blood - stasis syndrome should be detailed. The clinical application should be based on the treatment according to syndrome differentiation and its etiology, the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease diagnosis, the severity, the primary or secondary of symptoms and the location of blood- stasis syndrome. The application of proprietary herbal medicines based on syndrome differentiation was also discussed.
