摘　　要：目的:建立健脑宁合剂的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对健脑宁合剂中的酸枣仁、制何首乌、女贞子、五味子等药材进行鉴别;采用HPLC法测定大黄素的含量。结果:在TLC色谱中均能检出酸枣仁、制何首乌、女贞子、五味子;大黄素在0．10 -0．23μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0．999 5。平均回收率为98．1％,RSD为1．0％(n=5)。结论:该法简便,准确,能有效控制健脑宁合剂的质量。Objective： To establish the quality standard for Jiannaoning Mixture. Method： The Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis, Radix Polygoni Muhiflori praeparata cure succo glycines sotae, Fructus ligustri ligustri lucidi and semen ziziphi spinosae in Jiannacning mixture were identified by TLC ; The content of emodin in Jiannaoning Mixture was delermined by HPLC. Result： the Fructus schisandrae chinensis, Radix polygoni muhiflori praeparata cum succo glyeines sotae, fructus ligustri lueidi and semen ziziphi spinosae could be detected by TLC, the emodin showed a good linear relation in the range of 0.10-0.23 μg,r =0.999 5. The average recovery was 98.1% with RSD 1.0% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion： The method is convenient,, sensitive and accurate. It can used for quality control of Jiannaoning Mixture.
