摘　　要：远程会诊是随着网络技术的发展应运而生的一种新的医学手段。针对传统鱼病诊断专家系统对疑难病症难以确诊的问题,提出应用远程会诊系统来辅助多个异地专家交互讨论,通过信息共享,实现专家对鱼病的远程会诊,进一步改善鱼病诊断专家系统的应用效果。本系统采用B/S(浏览器/服务器)模式结构体系,使用N etM eeting进行信息交流。该远程会诊系统目前在天津示范区进行试运行,结果表明这种会诊方式在鱼病诊断领域是可行的。Teleconsultation is a brand new medical procedure which evolves from Internet. Specialists sometimes encounter problems of fish disease diagnosis. The authors present a teleeonsultation system that provides fish disease experts from different locations a means to interact, interchange idea and share information. This system employed the B/S（Browser/Server） mode and used Microsoft NetMeeting for data communication. Results from preliminary system testing in Tianjin demonstration area were promising. It indicated the implementation of this proposed teleconsultation to assist fish disease diagnosis is feasible.
