摘　　要：目的初步评价罗红霉素注射液的基础毒性和特殊毒性。方法进行了急性毒性试验、骨髓细胞微核试验和精子畸形试验。结果其LD50为492.04mg/kg,无明显的致畸突变作用。结论罗红霉素注射液对小鼠骨髓细胞和雄性生殖细胞无致突变作用。in order to evaluate the safety and mutagenicity of roxithromycin injection, acute toxicity, bone marrow micronucleus test and spermatogenic malformation test were determined. The results showed that the LD50 of roxithromycin injection was 492. 04mg/kg, the results of bone marrow micronucleus test and spermatogenic malformation test examined were negative.
